3. Account Registration
All users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Only one account per individual or entity is allowed, unless otherwise approved in writing.
4. Project Submission and Approval
4.1 Submission
Creators must submit a detailed project proposal including a description, funding goal, timeline, and budget breakdown.
All submitted projects must comply with applicable laws and our Content Guidelines.
4.2 Approval Process
All projects are subject to review before being published.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove projects at our sole discretion.
Creators must not misrepresent the project, their identity, or the use of funds.
5. Funding and Payment
5.1 Disbursement
Funds will be released to Creators within 14 business days after campaign success, minus processing and Lets Fund This fees (outlined in Section 8).
Disbursement is contingent on identity verification and compliance with this Policy.
The creator of the campaign may choose the beneficiary of the campaign proceeds and designate such to receive the proceeds.
6. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for fulfilling their project’s goals and delivering any rewards promised to Donors.
Creators must provide regular updates and respond to Donor inquiries in a timely manner.
Creators who cannot fulfil promises must offer refunds or otherwise make good-faith efforts to rectify the situation
7. Donor Rights and Responsibilities
Donors must not initiate chargebacks without first contacting the Creator or Lets Fund This.
Donors may leave reviews and feedback, but must do so respectfully and truthfully.
8. Fees
The Lets Fund This Inc collects a [3% processing fee on all donations received + 30 cents per transaction] on all successful transactions.
Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may charge additional transaction fees.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
9. Prohibited Activities Users may not:

The donor is responsible to do his/her own due diligence in respect to any campaign they are
contributing to.
